Yann Peeters

Managing Partner

As Way Wise co-founder, Yann provides a full spectrum of high-level consultancy services worldwide in the combined fields of Leadership, Team Building, Executive Search assignments in line with clients’ prime needs and expectations.

Prior to founding Way Wise Yann was a Senior Client Partner and Energy Airspace Global Practice Leader at Kienbaum an International Executive Search firm. A former Partner at Aliotts, an international boutique, he spearheaded the expansion of their China & India offices, after having endorsed an earlier Senior Associate position with Spencer Stuart.

Yann began his career as Pilot officer in the Air Force and was subsequently appointed as Commando officer in 1 casino charge of special operations (80 members/squad).

Ultimately, he elected to convert his far-reaching range of expertise and valuable insights into effective contributions catered to numerous industries, including Energy, Airspace, and stretching out to High Fashion & Luxury goods : as a case in point, Yann supported Inès de la Fressange with launching her brand and Fashion Show events.

To date, Yann is wholeheartedly committed to addressing clients’ executive leadership and governance needs accross a wide range of overarching competencies involving sophisticated strategic and business acumen dedicated to Executive Search & Coaching, Team Building, Conflict Management in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North America.

Yann is a member of Karver’s Executive Board (International racing boat supplier and boat manufacturer).
As an Air Force Commando Unit graduate, he earned a Resco degree (Research & Rescue license) and further graduated fom ISG Paris Business School.

In addition to his Dutch family roots, Yann is fluent in French, English and Spanish
